Graduation Procedures
Preparing to Graduate
Begin this process at least one semester before you wish to graduate, or at the time you reach the 92 credit hour level.
- Make an appointment to see your OILS Advisor and bring along a transcript. The advisor will fill out the form with the courses you are lacking to complete your Program of Studies. The advisor will tell you when you will be graduating.
- Pass the balance of your classes and verify that you have no "Incompletes" outstanding or Non-Reported Grades.
- Get your cap & gown at the Bookstore.
